I wasn't into the EP much but I'd still like to hear a new album from these guys, if that's a thing that will happen

New song is great. Definitely got a different edge to most of their stuff, almost octane/butt rocky but executed well.

New song reminded me of Abandon All Ships' Take One Last Breath at first (not a good thing haha) but the chorus picked up nicely and after that the song goes pretty hard. Also who sings the verses in the lower voice and harmonizes through the whole song? Sounds pretty cool.

that chorus is so massive, jeez

it's heavy and impactful for sure but it's so weird to hear Anberlin use such low tunings

it's atmospheric but it's almost concerning how straightforward everything but the vocals are (the vocals are phenomenal as always)

They've used low tunings like this for a while. I remember playing along to Little Tyrants, realizing it's in Drop B and being like wait wut?

That is actually really awesome. I enjoy making songs in b minor it sounds really cool and you can do a lot alot a lot in that key.

Personally I've always found Drop B to be kind of a weird in-between for the music I write. I am either in C or A most of the time

Love the chorus, the verses are a little average, and I heavily dislike starting a release with a guest vocalist

Oooo just saw the video. It’s Christian. Nvm. I thought it was Chad (who is credited on the cover for vocals)

He’s not a guest just in the band lol

The single is great. I enjoyed how Two Graves and this one pack a real punch.

New song is alright! I like it, but i don’t know how often I’ll listen to it. Only a few parts even sound like Christian to me, so if i didn’t know it was Anberlin going in, i wouldn’t guess it. And that’s cool and all, i just think i like the song more as a novelty for it being Anberlin than for the song itself
