Cool record, however, it doesn't need the epic concept. It's a bit far fetched imo. Great review, pos. Gonna jam it more and see how it fares

Had you heard of this before my review Hawks? If so major props man
@insomniac Glad to see you dig. Funny thing is that I wish they'd gone for the concept even more with maybe a storyline or some voiceovers or something. I quite like the unrealistic way it is with reapers and 'skeletal steeds' etc, really fits the atmosphere of the music and makes it more interesting, because otherwise it could feel a bit lacking if you get me.

Cool man, the album cover is definitely awesome. I love the whole 'grindhouse movie poster' thing and that tag line

also Mad great review bro, Hawks rec'd this to me but I heard of it first after seeing this posted.
had time to absorb it. it's great, awesome music for night time drinking/smoking tunes, but I have to be in the right mood I think. still $6.66 well spent

@Inveigh Thanks a ton man, it's definitely that kind of album, makes great study music too. Cool to see you paid for it wit the number of the beast
@Shark Yeah, that chill, groovy vibe that stoner rock has makes it one of my favourite genres

I'd definitely recommend the band's debut to everyone, it's near-equal or slightly better than this, has some killer tracks like March of the Dead Cowboys. Defo go for it

Just went through my old /music/ folder and deleted a bunch of stuff, but luckily re-discovered this gem. Probably going to up my rating on this.
