That's the only one I haven't checked actually so I'll definitely try it at some point.

It's sweet but not as good as this, it can be a bit cheesy at points

Le Secret is his second best release. He had that blackgaze sound on lock on that

Yes I am. Wouldn't really know how to analyze this like that since the lyrics aren't in English haha All I know is the biggest

aspect of the story is the sea IMO. He's also said in interviews many times that has safe haven is the sea too.

yeah. he has spoken of the sea many times. i believe he said he wanted to capture the feel of the sea (so to speak) for shelter.

Struggling to get into the rest of this other than Part 2. But then again, Part 2 is pretty damn amazing

Sweet review as always. You've gotten quite good at making your review flow, and it's way way easier/more fun to read now than your stuff from like a year ago. The one thing I would continue to work on (and you've gotten much, much better since you started, but you've still got some ground to cover) is making your sentences slightly less choppy. For example:

It’s that one place that makes you feel at ease and that place for Alcest’s exceptionally talented front man would be the sea.

It's not a bad sentence, but it's a bit too long to have no punctuation. Since they're kind of two disparate ideas, I'd split the halves into two separate sentences and join the first half with the opening sentence.

Just things like that, basically. It's a very good review - very much contributor-quality. If you want to be staff, you definitely need to keep working, but I can definitely see it happening sometime in the future.

That means a lot thanks man! I don't know if I'd be cut out for staff but you'll never know
