4.2 is a disgrace.

Quest For Fire is pretty cool after all these years.
|
| |
Weakest track on the album though.
|
| |
Either that or Sun and Steel ;)

FU Jamie! I bet you didn't kill your first man at thirteen... ;)
|
| |
I used to think that but I pretty much like it as much as the others now. Same for Sun And Steel.
Never liked To Tame A Land though.

| |
AND THE WOLVES!! THEY HOWLED INTO THE NIIGGHHT!!!
|
| |
TTAL is my second least favourite, I never did like long tracks (with a few notable exceptions).
Favs would be Sun & Steel > Flight Of Icarus > Where Eagles Dare > Still Life/Die With Your Boots On.

Sun and Steel is catchy as hell! Quest for Fire is fun, but the weakest track IMO.
To Tame a Land is awesome, just not as good as other Maiden-epics of the era.

I listened to it only one time so far, and it sucked.
The intro is pretty bad, but its the only thing I remember
|
| |
As the sun breaks above the ground
An old man stands on the hill
As the ground warms to the first rays of light
A birdsong shatters the still!
