definitely gonna check this now because of this review. wasn't going to at first bc the band name is terrible. i'm either going to love this or think its terrible, i'm certain. i'm sure they sound nothing alike but twelve foot ninja was coming to mind while reading the review. have you heard them talons?

Definitely the same sort of humour in the music as TFN. These guys are more in the mold of Devin Townsend though. That would be the closest point of reference I think.

I hadn't heard of them before your comment but I definitely like them from what I'm hearing right now.

this is like the only album where you can recommend Meshuggah and Paramore at the same time

It's like Periphery but with female cleans and a bit of Devin Townsend wackiness. And then random rap vocals and screaming. m/

well I mean its actually kind of enjoyable you just have to like make an angry face and clench your fist and bob your head slowly whenever they play a breakdown or play a song which is the same thing

well I disagree although musically converge and botch are far superior to any deathcore band I would listen to them for different reasons. Converge and Botch are more active listening and I usually throw them on if I want to get pumped or something, Converge especially are great for that, very energetic band, but with deathcore it's more a passive listen and I just kind of put it on when doing something else cause its so simple it doesnt really require that much attention
