listening now, it rocks pretty hard

dudes on the last page were complaining that the vocals don't fit the music well, but damn I love this kind of singing style for stoner/sludge than any other
it's sorta melodic screaming but not growling or harsh or anything idk it rules

this is sounding pretty decent so far. however, I haven't really heard anything that has struck me as being spectacular yet. I guess it's only fair to give it a few more spins though, because it ain't bad by any stretch. the je ne sais fuck-all factor is what's missing...

This is an awesome album, the fact that it's their debut is impressive. Looking forward to catching them with KEN Mode.

Is Sludge Metal just Stoner Metal? Or is Stoner Metal an entirely different genre and not just another name of the same thing?

i remember enjoying this quite a bit when it came out



sadly it doesnt hold up that well for me



still has some cool moments here and there, but there's also quite a few where it just plods and plods... could seriously do with some trimming, tracks 7 and 8 in particular feel like complete filler if im being honest
