Hum, in my opinion the revolution started in 83 not in the late 80's.

Well I understand your point here, but Kreator always had a distinctive identity. Bands like Kreator, Sodom or Destruction were always very different from the US acts like Slayer or Anthrax.

This album is really good, has a ton of great riffs. Its my favourite from Kreator, because IMHO, the songwriting is the best of their older albums (havent heard anything from their new material).



My only gripe with this album (besides the bass) is that the guitar tone is pretty much the same on all the songs. It makes it sound repetitive in some parts ( its not, btw ).

this is my favorite kreator most of the time, though some days i like extreme aggression or pleasure to kill better.
