There is something so unique about this. Frusciante has a crazy ear and knack for mixing things pretty interestingly. That last melody of Drawbridge sounds tasty, I can hear it on a guitar. Sure, some songs his voice is not needed, but I really dig this.

i give this 3,5. Its absolutely interesting. Frusciante is way happier and a player in the form as loving to play his mixing console and all the instruments. There is a passionate musician behind this.



Though i can not completely loose it and fall in love very deep with this. this is more the fun-record little bit like Letur Lefr with me being-pumped for several sections feelings and having here and there a favorite part/sample/bar but nothing were I am drawn into this utmost beyond pre-2005 Frusciante. Though thats not the point in his art nowadays, its more about just being/free flow and not categorizing the story of the song or making a point with it.



I am a fan of his new lifestyle while his music doesnt flash me like some boobies. He is a true inspiration!



I am looking forward to the next two Black Knights albums and that solo record he records for the one member of the Black Knights.
