Parabola kills, but parabol is so redundant. The only interlude I actually skip on the album. Talking about the "best" song here is hard because they're all quality... but my favorites are Disposition/Reflection/Triad and Lateralus. The "worst" song, if you can even call it that, is Schism, despite a killer bass intro
