Oh, and characteristic is a good word to use in this sentence:
"Switzerland’s Bölzer are a characteristic example of a band extending the genre's boundaries."
One way that it could be more "correct" is if you rearrange parts of the sentence. You could exchange the words characteristic and example with each other, or say the end of the sentence first: "In regards to the genres of music, Switzerland's Bolzer is a characteristic example of boundaries being extended."
Another I'd change is saying "are" after Bolzer, because as far as I think, a band is a singular noun, so "is" would be more fitting, if you wanna think of it like that. Then again, it might sound better to you, and that might be the most important think of allll.
