I agree that Jeff's debut was way better than Tim's. But Tim Buckley's work was so incredibly unique. On Lorca, Tim created a bizarre type of free jazz for the folk singer songwriter. Something which was perfected on Starsailor. That said, Jeff is probably more influential and Grace is one of the best albums of the 90s.
