it's got some bad lines, especially this one:
They're asking me to eliminate some of the women hate
But if you take into consideration the bitter hatred I had
Then you may be a little patient and more sympathetic to the situation
And understand the discrimination
seriously, Eminem has spent 80% of this song saying controversial remarks with women and gay people and then just immediately goes
"Oh noes, I'm soooo misunderstood, if only you could understand why I'm acting this way boo hoo"
like really?

not a very funny one though

hes obviously not even trying to do what you consider 'right', though
Correct, which is why he's so bad these days.

dont find anything wrong with that line, hes saying he discriminates against women because he was
treated badly by them in the past, he goes onto say he shouldn't do it when he thinks of his daughter
and that hes talking to kids
that line is a pretty good example of how he is about far more than technicality and that just because
he's talking about old subjects, it doesn't mean he doesn't have a new, mor intelligent, outlook on
the same subjects

I don't think it has any place in a song like this though
(After all the song's supposed to be a battle rap, isn't it?)

yeah but its like hes battling his critics

I'm what tom brady is to the patriots

And Rap God is definitely one of the worst on here.
dumbest thing I've read so far this year
why don't you go pick another medium of entertainment to focus on, you fucking idiot

Eminem is a joke in general now but I must say if he got rid of Survival, Berzerk, Rap God, Stronger Than I Was and The Monster and replaced them with the bonus tracks we'd have a solid hip hop album on our hands here. Unfortunately that isn't the case and we just have a really strange and messy record instead

fuck you Rap God doesn't suck
|

The album's not nearly as messy as your logic.

Survival, Berzerk, and Rap God are all good tracks

I do agree that Stronger Than I Was shouldn't be on here. (Also Headlights is awful thanks to the beat and chorus)
|
| |
"Stronger Than I Was" and "Headlights" are the clunkers on this record. The rest is either technical or poppy. It's a fun record. And saying "Rap God" sucks as you jackoff to Drake does not fucking compute.

This album is so polarising, but I'm not even saying I hate all the tracks I'd take off this, just that the album would make more sense without them. It'd be consistent and it'd flow
|
| |
Can't get down to Rap God cos of the lyrics, also the beat is horrible. I recognise it has its positive qualities but I just can't stand it for those two reasons
|
| |
It looks like we both have something we can't stand.

okay

"It'd be consistent and it'd flow"
again, Rap God, Berzerk, and Survival are about as good as any other song here save Bad Guy or Brainless, and even without those tracks the album doesn't have much of a flow to begin with,
to quote the review's summary:
"The definitive hodgepodge of the year."
