"And then the vocals come in with Chino softly singing "I watched you changed, into a fly" and then before you can say 'Masterpiece', the rest of the band kicks in for a fantastic and beautiful chorus."

"But out of every track on the album, the standout, and to this day the band's most well known track is "Change (In The House Of Flies)". The song starts with a guitar riff and creepy background noises thanks to Frank Delgado. And then the vocals come in with Chino softly singing "I watched you changed, into a fly" and then before you can say 'Masterpiece', the rest of the band kicks in for a fantastic and beautiful chorus."

It clearly states at the start that it's about Change (In the house of flies).

Still doesn't say why he thinks it is a fantastic beautiful masterpiece (yes I am aware he is talking about a specific song).

Just says its well known, has a riff, some background noises and some singing and that he really likes it, especially its chorus.

Oh its you that was the reviewer tuna, didnt realise.

All I meant was try to put some more description in so the reader can get a feel for the music, dont assume all readers have already heard the album even tho it's well known.

Like instead of 'starts with a guitar riff' say something about the guitar riff, its feel or structure, or what feelings it induces in you....adjectives and adverbs

Am trying to give constructive criticism, take it or leave it.

Seriously just listened to Passenger and they're vocal deliveries are so similar in the verses and in the last couple minutes that I can't tell them apart sometimes haha

Yeah to be honest I regret saying that they sound different now, but I'll keep it in anyway.

Well, some people on this site seem to think that Maynard is subpar singer and overrated, but fuck that he's so good and an even better lyricist
