Never really been into these guys but this album is really good. I wish it was a bit more dark throughout (sort of like the first two tracks). Sinking Night is probably my favourite track.

Just watched the video review, it was interesting but not liking Davey's voice really clues the viewer in for what's in store later in the review. The issues with the "melodrama" are somewhat understandable from a non-fan perspective I suppose but they've always been seeped in allegory and the like; it's what makes the lyrics great.



Don't get where he's coming from on the reverb issue, there's some sure but it's not something I consider over used.
