Band of the people I spose. It was everything that came with Oasis, the funny interviews, fighting, cocksure don't give a fuck attitude, the hands behind back shouted croon into the microphone of Liam. It was rock n roll iconography as it happened and everyone knew it. We lived and breathed it.

I hear A lot like birds have the same heady magnetism and sense of cultural euphoria

Muse are massive too but not in the sense that Oasis were

I'd be lying if I said I've given A Lot Like Birds a proper listen

Don't do it, their dross and don't listen to people like Row who are; despite the happy go lucky youthful charm have no soul and/or bollocks.

Yeah I heard two tracks I liked a while back, listened again and you're right it just feels really flat

zak I know you got the blinders on and everything but how does happy-go-lucky charm even remotely apply in this tangent/rant you've led us off on here

I liked Connector the first time I heard it, listening to it now and it's fucking atrocious

I have no idea row, it's probably just deeply repressed feelings of love I have for ya.
