Production doesn't bother me all that much tbh, Wilson's voice can get lost in the mix at times but nothing major.

The engineering on this is fantastic, but it sounds a bit flat during the heavier sections thanks to the heavy compression.
It still sounds good mind you. But it deserved better. Sucks that Wilson has moved on from the band though

I'd agree that this album major flaw resides in its metal parts (the middle section of
Arriving is too compressed and monotonous). Otherwise it's quite an incredible record.
