Good Review. Accurate on how they can't write good stuff without the rev or mike portnoy. The drumming always set them apart from others, but without a good and creative drummer they're nothing special.

Pretty much what I expected. Decent stuff. Probably worth a few listens. Better than 95% of radio rock.

Album was fucking terrible and I already knew it was going to be after hearing the song Hail To The King. So boring, lazy, and uninspired. They progressively got worse and worse after Waking The Fallen. RIP A7X. You suck forever now.

Cinaedus, a lot of metal I've listened to sounded atrocious at first. Even the highly acclaimed and

appreciated bands. Converge sounded like shit to me at first.



The first time I listened to the album Alive or Just Breathing it sounded like shit to me. Absolutely

the worst thing I heard the first time I listened. Within a few months it became my favorite

Killswitch, and eventually one of my favorite metalcore albums. Maybe you've hears stuff like this

before, or maybe you just dislike the style, but that doesn't mean others or even YOU aren't capable

of liking it.
