Yeah, I have no idea how to rate an album like this, but in terms of the limited chillwave/shoegaze I've heard this is probably the best I've ever heard.

It's so euphoric and ethereal at the same time. Nothing else I've heard really captures the same effect quite like he does. If you like this, check out his song "Feel it all around" on the Life of Leisure EP. It's the opening song for the show Portlandia and its dope.
