Escape from LA was solid live. The whole crowd was really getting into Girls Not Grey and Love Like Winter but once they played those three relatively newer songs (battle for LA, Beautiful Thieves, Begging for Trouble) the crowd kind of fell asleep. I just don't think that most of the crowd knew AFI's newer tunes and it really sucked the life out of the place. Fortunately, Days of the Phoenix really injected life back into the crowd.

AFAIK they all do things to keep themselves in shape, and flexible. They do stretches and stuff before each of their shows. I think Jade is the only one that doesn't look like he works out much.
