I started experiencing diminishing returns by the time I got to this one when going chronologically, but indeed this one is heavy. When in the right mood though this stuff does hit as hard as their other early stuff at its best.

I have this rated below Long Division currently, but you may be right about this for being a bit of a more worthy addition to their discog. LD is more digestible but I have a feeling a full revisit would likely flip flop my opinion on them.

over the ocean is decent, coattails just bores me to tears tho. same with laugh. lust is pretty great. i prob need one more spin before settling on a rating but i'm conflicted

Saw this band in 1999 in small club in Dallas. During one of their songs, a nearby train goes by, and we could hear the whistle. Eerie and cool. Great show.
