I mean I know people like it *because* it's inconsistent but I don't understand the logic behind that. There is of course genius scattered throughout this but it lacks the focus of their other great records.

my favorite is pretty much a three-way tie between revolver, rubber soul, and abbey road. revolver would probably be the winner if it wasnt for the pretty-much-terrible "yellow submarine"
