I actually did some testing in Audacity yesterday and found out the 192 leak is a transcode of the 128 one because it cuts off at 16 KHz instead of 19 KHz. Besides, who knows how that one has been converted before...
So people that can still wait until release and don't want to buy it better download a proper rip at that point or use free streaming services since those will likely sound better than the low quality leak.

Hopefully it was a proper 192 kbps, at least. The download from the code included in the Construct vinyl was 192 kbps too, iirc.
