I don't think this is anything special really.

I feel sorry for Matt Frank. I swear, 90% of the people that care about this band are like "FUCK YEAH EVAN AND MIKE" and don't even acknowledge Matt even though he's played some of the best non-emo math rock in recent years.

Just got it. Listening now and so far, it's awesome.

I'm pretty disappointed by this record actually. I expected something a little more than run of the mill noodly emo stuff from these guys

I did too but I just appreciate the fact that these guys managed to carve out their own sound, even if the actual genre elements aren't all different at all.
