Album Rating: 4.5

This album is "objectively" a 4.5 for me, but it's lush production, immersive atmosphere and pacing, fully realized tracks, lack of filler, distinct aesthetics, and the distinguished and evocative character of the overall experience puts this album above and beyond for me.

Perfection only necessarily exists; perfection is the confluence of an objective, distinguished positive substance, that is effectively without flaws (at least ostensibly), in concert with subjective resonance. '10/10' Women don't 'objectively' exist, as there must be an opinion-bearer to make such a determination, but (with regards to Platonic forms) there are clear forms, aesthetics, and superlative expressions of art that stand peerless, seemingly flawless, and all then that remains is a subjective predilection to embrace it. Obviously, the degree of variance between individuals can be considerable. A '10/10' woman to one man could be a 6 or 7 to another.

"Perfection" is a '9/10' + the individual connecting.

Naturally, implicit in the claim of '9/10' is yet more subjectivity, but this is the most irreducible degree we can demystify the line between the Object and the Subject. Pure relativism does not address why humans fall along such consistent lines of subjective preference (even transcendent of tastes typified to any individual in question), and implicitly denounces that any given form or expression can be distinguished whatsoever. One need only look at the top rated albums of all time on this site to begin to see.
