Yeah, the first half is more upbeat, the second more chill like his older stuff. Nice comedown after the dancey songs, if you ask me. Glad you're digging it.

I think it's very good but I wouldn't set it above other ambient just yet. Still need to give it more listens of course.

I dig the fact that it's kind of drone based but still cyclical enough to be structured; the production of it - it's so fucking crisp - plus the whole sci-fi sheen it's smeared in. I don't know, I went in not expecting big things (because it is 2 hours long, and I wasn't the biggest fan of his first ambient album) but this just blew me away because of it's fucking impressive atmosphere. The man can literally walk into any genre and just set gold standards - from drum & bass to its minimal "autonomic" counterpart, to house, to techno and now ambient. Genius, who very rarely misses the mark, which is beyond impressive given the size of his output
