NeoSpaz, I kind of like The Contortionist (???) so take that how you will.

and with The Contortionist being pretty much the antithesis of generic core music that says absolutely nothing lol

Ehhhhh, their latest felt much more generic to me than I would've liked, but not in terms of core. They just embraced progressive too much for my liking.

I liked it but yeah it was a serious step down from Exoplanet

Exoplanet is probably my favourite modern core album thanks to its progressive elements

I honestly just really like the album artwork here, so that makes me want to like this.

I got this based on the artwork alone

it's fun and I will probably listen to it quite often but it's really nothing special
