I'm in the same boat.

In no order

A Far Cry, Walk Astray, Final Communique, The Misery Index, Falling Out Theme, With Cold Eyes, Deja Coup, Nostalgic For Guillotines

That's 60% of the album...oops

I'm not sure if this is their best album anymore because they have some albums with nonstop bangers. This one has a bit of cheese.

The cheese for me is the recordings obv, but i guess if they spreaded them evenly throughout instead of just in the 2nd half I prob wouldnt have an issue.

Walk Astray, Falling Out Theme (prob 1st), 10 and counting, Nostalgic For Guilotines (recent fav, killer chorus). Requiem is also a great banger and flows from Walk Astray perfectly.

10 and counting is one of the first songs i learned on guitar and is so easy to sing.

Requiem, 10 and Counting are cheesy to me. When I listened to Requiem 100 times more than any other BSF song it turned me off and I was feeling that it was awful cheesiness. Glad I don't feel that way anymore

8th track in and yeah this is def better than Tomorrow Come Today, maybe on par with After the Eulogy or at least close behind it

Walk Astray, Requiem, The Misery Index, Falling Down Theme, Social Register Fanclub, and Nostalgic For Guillotines are best on this album.

Album as a whole is definitely super close to After the Eulogy.

Which sample is from Jonestown? Funny enough, I just watched the "explained" documentary regarding cults yesterday. They mentioned Jonestown a lot. Sick shit.

I love this album because it displays the variety of songs these guys can play effortlessly. And it was also recorded in their basements and self-released after a fallout with their record company. However, where is the love for "So Long..."?

So Long is good but not one of the highlights for me.

yeah when an album is a 5 and half the songs are 6/5 the 4.5s unfortunately get left out, such as So Long

Upon listening to this and After the Eulogy side by side this I actually find to be my fav BoySetsFire. Wasnt expecting to like it this much upon returning to it, so fuckin glad I did. After the Eulogy is still a hard 5 tho.

Falling Out Theme has to be the best song theyve written along with Rookie.
