This is a pretty fine album. I find it difficult to distinguish much difference between their albums since Predator's Portrait, but if it isn't broke, why fix it. To me, Soilwork is one of those bands where I find that I don't like much surprises... you know, just keep the tunes coming. They do that well. Other bands I like to see some progression, but with these guys, not so much. I like their music so much that I don't see a reason to change the formula. At least I haven't become bored with it yet. I give this double album monster a solid 4.

multiple listens .... The Chainheart Machine is prob the only lp i enjoyed from them ((i believe i
gave it 3.5 tho)) these guys are kinda average to me
