Been listening to this on and off and couldn't get into it for a while. It just sounded strange.
Then I realized I had the 2007 remaster. I immediately check out the original and was impressed. I can't believe they would ever remaster it and ruin the vocals/entire dynamic by speeding it up the way they did. It was awful.
Do yourself a favor and make sure you have the original version. It's beyond better.
