Run A Mile didn't hit me much at first, I felt the vocals were a little off, but now I'd definitely call it one of the best tracks. The first two are better though, Dead in the Water is an incredible opener

Definitely more consistent than SHiM, but that album is still quite original, not many albums sound quite like it. Definitely agree with the soaring thing, the ending of We Love You is definitely up there though

What makes this so genuine is that it was written after Bruce had a stillborn son :,(

I wouldn't call the t/t the best son but wow yeah, those lyrics about having your mother's smile...

The album cover makes more sense too. Man, this is way too much for one day

In my dreams, you have your mother's smile,

Even though we touched for just a while,

All my life you'll have your mothers smile,

There was no warning sign,

The wounds won't heal in time,

There's nowhere we will go,

Without you, you know.

C'mon man. Not the best track musically though.

Could well be. There's Antimatter - Leaving Eden as well though.

"So go on, pick your copy up. Today." Lol some parts of my review are a bit... bad. Think I need to

touch it up a bit

Absolutely. Have you listened to Nosound or No-man? Their music is incredibly beautiful as well.

My dad likes no-man but I've actually never listened to them. i know they're one of Steven Wilson's side projects though. is it like Blackfield by any chance?

Never heard of Nosound...

Not really, it's more Tim Bowness' project that Stevie's. Not as poppy as Blackfield, I think they are a bit in their earlier stuff.

Well you've heard of them now. I bet you'd dig Afterthoughts, it's amazing stuff
