Thanks, I totally agree with you man and I even mentioned that through the cringe worthy lines there are aspects that hint at his struggling personal life. Still, the whole band must have been okay with them, otherwise Billie would have changed them (unless he's a dictator in the band and the fact that he recorded the demos all by himself at his some studio it's odd). Either way, they should tour and take a break to talk about what they'd do next.

Am I the only one that likes Drama Queen? Great use of acoustics and piano, almost like a Beatles song.
Walk Away has this awesome vibe to it, like it carries you with it.

Man can a little extra effort go a long way. You can tell Tre was the one that the band really wanted
to nail, and they put in the effort to make the songs quite enjoyable. The atmosphere isn't quite close
to AI standards but hey, it is still a great effort.

Excellent effort, easily the best of the three.

Minus.

That's still not saying much though.

Perhaps, but I feel this album stands on it's own two feet. No bullshit, just catchy pop punk tunes. Uno and Dos have decent songs but a fair share of crap, whereas this has some absolute belters.

A lot of people seem to hate the covers, but I find them funny in a dumb way. Billie Joe's especially.

Album covers say nothing about the actual music.

I think the album covers are great, even if they are all strange. I respect Green Day for giving zero
fucks about these album covers, because in the end, it is the music that counts.

Tre has such a cool vibe to it. Really down to earth most of the time, like Warning, and the music is
really good also.

His lyrics made a lot more sense back in the 90s and now when he should write better stuff, he can't stop from writing arena bullshit lines and simple stuff with no substance.

He has the same ideas and abstract descriptions for tracks concerning women. Just like he did on She's A Rebel or Extraordinary Girl, he did with Last Of The American Girls, Viva La Gloria and now Wild One and Lady Cobra. Only Ashley and Amanda are slightly different from his usual point of view.
