He should move to Germany, there is quite a fraction of people that really hate anything relating to the Balkans/remains of the Ottoman Empire.
Although that has partially also to do with youth culture, people who put their pants in their socks, generally refuse to learn a language properly and have an affinity for the lowest forms of rap and a general aversion of some of these people against doing anything productive (or anything that contributes to progress of society).
