Perfect: "conforming absolutely to the description or definition of an ideal type"
c'mon kris we can all pick and choose our definitions. I pick flawless as literally "without flaws." If you consider something "good" to be "not a flaw" then it logically follows that an album of only good songs could, in that sense, not have a flaw and thus be flawless. But that wouldn't make it perfect, because it might not literally be your ideal.
It's all semantics, although I just realized my statement doesn't make sense, but not for what you said

I'll give ya an example. For me, "Everything in Transit" is a flawless pop rock/ alt rock album. But I wouldn't give it a 5 because it's not perfect in a musical sense to me.
Which is why me saying flawless = 5 doesn't make sense though
