Have you ever listened to The Envy Corps, Ali? This kind of reminds me of their last album, 'It Culls You.' They both have this kind of melancholy, atmospheric sound to them with a somewhat stripped down writing style. The Envy Corps are definitely more upbeat and don't make use of chimes, bells, etc., but I still get a similar vibe between the two. You may or may not think the same, but I thought I'd throw that out there.
