I do prefer the last half of Enslaved's discography to their first half. 'Vikingligr veldi' and 'frost' are cracking albums for the genre though. I guess I'm just a sucker for Experimental and progressive music in general....

Same here hawks. In fact, the album that introduced me to the band was 'Runn', which I regard to this day as a seriously good album. 'Path to vanir' was the first song I heard, and I couldn't stop replaying until my internet connection cut out. And maybe a few times after that...
