This album has always confused me composition-wise. Songs often don't flow as organically as they could or should imo. And sometimes I get the feeling they were just really eager to incorporate something other bands were doing and then take it from there. The Deathwish for instance is really struggling with tempo changes throughout, and the main mid-tempo riff sounds a lot like Racer X's Scarified.
That said, really like the angular riffing on this album.

The fact that Uwe Osterlehner more or less fell off the face of the earth from metal after End Amen is sad.
