I prefer souvlaki by just a bit. This is an amazing album though. The flow of it is superb, it contains some of their best songs and the post-rock and almost psychedelic like vibes really make it stand out in their discog. I'd say this album is a little less accessible than souvlaki but it doesn't deserve to be so overlooked.

yeah im just a sucker for songs with a little more weird song structures. Blue skied is heaven.
The demo version of it rules too. It's a shame a lot of slowdive demos have rather below average quality, apparently their old record label still has the crisps master tracks. Maybe they will see the light of day eventually.
