Those 3s make me sad on the inside. I also think that The Silver Cord is their best, but this album is right there behind it for me.

I guess I could probably bump my rating up to a 3.5. Everything goes pretty well (except for Young Again) until it hits Let Me Die then I the album starts to flatline. City of Orphans is great though.

Ec, I have all their other albums at a 4. 'The Silver Cord' was a real grower for me.

This isn't a perfect album (hence why I haven't rated it a 5) because there are some compromises made (both songs you guys mentioned are included in that). But in a strange sense, they do add - for want of a better word - a bit of diversity.

You know, this was one of my fave's from 2012 but since then I've listened to Albotross and Silver Cord way more. I don't ever remember the last time I gave this a spin.
