I like Genesis' 80's stuff as well tbqh, but not as much as I love Scorps 80's stuff.

My goodness... I was jammin this and I realized Always Somewhere is a total ripoff of Lynyrd Skynyrd's Simple Man! haha Scorpions ripped off a lot of bands man, and with that they are still awesome.

First track on this is Top 3 Scorpions imo btw

discog walk: Complete visit on rm 2015 ed. Such a pure raw heavy great beast of music, this LP. The guitarist duo was a great one. Incredible how consistent they were, releasing very HQ material from the start until after "Love At First Sting". (maybe with the exception of Animal Magnetism that is good but not awesome)

I prefer Animal Magnetism over this one by a long shot

A really good album, the beginning of modern Scorps. Strong songwriting, only a couple duffer tracks. Only thing I don't care for is the production--sounds overly brashy to me. But Holiday is their greatest ballad, and I usually play it a second time when I play this record.
