i've heard of them but haven't actually "heard" them lol. i'll check them out when i have the chance. as i lay dying is actually the band that got me into metal ironically enough then i got bored of metalcore and started listening to megadeth and anthrax and the rest is history ;)

well i mean i still like as i lay dying and oh, sleeper and a few others....but after a while all metalcore is pretty much the same. if you ever want to venture off into heavier metal i'll definitely have some recs for you hehe

yeah i'm listening right now sounds pretty cool and melodic too. you'd probably really enjoy melodeath to be honest it's nothing like most death metal. if you're interested i'd start with in flames - the jester race or whoracle. and if you like that check insominum -above the weeping world.
