I thought it was pretty mediocre to be honest. The folky prog is great stuff, like on Drag Ropes and Lock Howl. And I really enjoy Mikael's singing, it fits perfectly. But most of it is pretty boring, songs too long, too much Steven Wilson singing, ambient noise passages that go nowhere and do nothing. Meh.

Still not sure what to think of this. On one hand it's kind of delicate and smooth and on the other it feels kind of unfinished. gah

Are we getting so pretentious that we cannot enjoy pretentious music? D: I dig it for the most part.
