probably the biggest problem on this album is exactly that, DarkNoctus. the production could be better, but wouldn't say "horribly" rushed

'It will probably be more of the same and I've had enough of Anathema's new found hippie style, I want something different now. '

Yes. Me too.

Vincent said (Rock Hard greece) that they already have songs for new album and they want to cover the gap between those years. That means that we'll have a new album in the logic of whbwh and ws. And no johny. It wont be a darker Natural Disaster.. It wil be even happier and even more lightfull. I am sure!

Lee Douglas is the best that could ever happen to this band.

^^ No man I'm pretty sure he's the one responsible for every horrible moment on Alternative 4. Anathema only got better after he buggered off to do Antimatter and his new band which is actually called Alternative 4.

What?????????...seven hells....

Lost Control , Feel , Alt4 , Empty ? Those horrible moments?

Duncan for Anathema is like R.Waters for Pink Floyd.

they've had spectacular records from every era they've been a band

doom era had pentecost III, atmospheric rock era had judgement, early 2000's had a natural disaster and 2010-ish era had we're here because we're here

i just hope the next album they do picks up a bit

Thanks Dreamflight.

Anathema change their sound record by record , except their last two. I wish they will try even more psychedelic/electronic parts like 'The storm ..' in their next album and not just peacefull relaxing music. WS is great , but I don't want another similar album.

In one interview Danny said they will elaborate on some of the ideas on "the storm" on the next album, so might expect some more electronica
