Maybe no one cares but their OG guitarist Jesse Ketive has a YouTube Channel where he does playthroughs of Emmure songs and talks about some of his guitar and gear.

Seems like a real cool dude, he replies to a lot of comments and liked one that talked how they wished Emmure wrote a album full of songs like MDMA.

I know Emmure is mostly known for chugs but I was kinda surprised how much work he actually does with the pedal board while he plays and few of the songs aren't as simple as I thought they would be.

Even if you hate it you can tell this dude really played a huge part in crafting their signature sound

Yea Frankie HATES this album for some reason lol, I think it's easily one of their best. MDMA is iconic and their best song for sure imo

mdma is a ripper. i gotta revisit this. frankie was a fun twitter follow back in the day, doesn't tweet as much as he used to though.

I'm just really confused why this of all albums is singled out.

They got Sturgis back at the helm, and they impressively released it like literally just a year after Speaker Of The Dead. I wasn't even into Emmure back then, and still ended up hearing Protoman & MDMA just from them being so popular.

seems to me a lot of artists judge albums based on their memories on the time period during recording/touring the album
