agreed, a lot of the time they seem to be going for impressive scale over details (more dungeons, more quests etc) but there's no point having loads of content if the majority of it is just a re-hash of the better stuff. it's like when the skyrim devs went on and on about the infinite quests but in the end it's just an algorithm churining out the same variations on 'go here/kill this/fetch me 10 donkey ears' so it's just longevity for the sake of it really
