Intro track is pretty brutal. Love it. I've been a distant fan for a minute, but I need to give these guys a deep listen.

Their last reunion led to a pretty decent album so here's to hoping(?)

Yeah this was fucking sick. The Telegram Sam chorus is hot lava and Dark Entries sounds like hell. So much style in the guitar playing all over the record. It's simplistic but kinda brutal and very unique. Eerie and dark. Great fucking record. Had a few goofier songwriting choices that stop this from being a 5 for me, but I'm definitely listening to this again and again. Great Halloween album.

Tbh I rarely listen to the reissue tracks, the original tracklist is so perfect in its ~38 minutes. Double Dare is such a great opener to set the tone and Nerves is possibly one of my favorite album closers in general.

I'm really glad I have the version with the many bonus tracks, same with Mask, I really like most bonus songs on both. To me both albums are on the same high level. The bass guitar and also all the guitar effects by Daniel Ash are amazing.
Then The Sky's Gone Out, completely enjoyable, to me Burning From The Inside is clearly the worst from hose 4 albums, but still there are 7 songs on it I really like.
