Wip, listening to the re-recording 2003 of this masterpiece and the 2003 version is without the special chemistry of the original recording 1973. Maybe, new listeners never exposed to the original will find it very good. Dgmw, the sound quality of the re-recording is top tier. For me, the best of both world is the remastered 2009 of the original 1973.
