i really liked this at first but after a few listens it began to feel uninspired

there are moments of technical proficiency but if I can't find lasting replay value I can't think highly of an album although the talent if definitely present but I feel like I'm missing the connection of honest between listener and creator

dev will prolly critic me but I still love him

"Lilith" fascinates me, its punches through with ferocity , unlike most of the album. I'm not saying that is necessarily bad, considering it remains a minimal techno portrait of their usual sound. Also, "Aligning the Daemon" with its organ movements, totally reminds me of Hecker on An Imaginary Country, but the strict separation on the track is great. I'm digging this so far.

Though call. I really like the absolutely stripped-down feel of this one. Momentum is incredible as well though.

Have you ever listened to the other music Robert Henke has made? Like his records Layering Buddha, Signal To Noise, Atom/Document and Floating Point? Everything Mr. Henke makes just turns to pure gold (with the exception of Silence, perhaps)

Ehn, it's just my opinion. I just thought it was disappointing and overrated. However I loved every other album he's made. Polygon Cities is my favorite.

I'll forgive you, if only because Basic Channel seems to be a frequent term in your vocabulary.

Henke's commisioned projects are boss as well
