Just finally got this on actual official cd with artwork from Amazon after having a burned copy from the digital version I bought from Amazon a few years back. Love the sound of this. It pisses me off every time I hear anyone say Scott Burns production sucks. How many epic sounding albums did this dude make? He should be way more revered and praised! My favorite Death Metal album ever is and always will be “Human” by Death, produced by Scott Burns. “Unquestionable Presence” by Atheist - Scott Burns, “Legion” by Deicide - Scott Burns. “Pierced From Within” by Suffocation- Scott Burns. “Beneath the Remains” by Sepultura - Scott Burns. “Cause Of Death” by Obituary- Scott Burns. “The Bleeding” by Cannibal Corpse - Scott Burns. It’s rediculous really, and that’s only barely scratching the surface.

in the contest for most shitty proto CGI metal cover with Voivod's Negatron and Maiden's Dance of Death... I really can't get over the fact that people could have looked at it and said, 'dude that rips, let's slap it on our new baby. This is the artwork that this masterpiece deserves'...

Coz, that's what it is... a fuckin' masterpiece of incredibly well crafted songs, while being technical and relelntless at the same time

@ Park: Yeah, I heard of'em but never checked...

Regardless of musical quality, I could actually imagine that someone who is calling their band Jumpin' Jesus could definitely up for liking these kind of cover artworks...

@samano yeah ive made fun of scott burns myself in reference to boomer death metallers who only like records he produced, but i always cringe a bit when some euronymous/fenriz dicksucker is like "dude its too clean! demos only!"

yeah, tha goo pissing album is the shit! I love both, In Dark Purity and this. This is more consistent, but damn, title track and 'Angel's Venom'on the gooey one are among the best songs Monstrosity ever crafted.
