I’m sorry to hear about your morning anxiety - that shit sucks. Been there back when I was in environmental consulting (lol) and every day was based around finding hours to charge out to clients while doing paperwork and digging holes in the dirt.
But an omelette is NOT that much effort to make. Butter. Eggs. Salt. Pepper. Into da nonstick and slap it round for a couple minutes. It’s a ten minute affair!!!

once im out of bed im completely fine so morning supplements arent useful by the time i can get them in my body, its just actually waking the fuck up and getting up that is hard for me, i have been trying to get into a routine of getting up half an hour before i have to leave my house so i could drink my morning coffee at home instead of on the go and just kick back for 10-15 minutes and i was doing great for a few months this year and then i slipped up a few times and now im back to getting up at the last possible minute and rushing out the door again

I hope so!
There is a small amount of it that naturally occurs in green tea fwiw. It’s part of what balances out the buzz from caffeine in that form, very relaxing amino acid. But vitamin B (again, both on empty stomach) is what helps it cross the blood brain barrier
