Wow, relax people... I'm not insulting your mother or anything. The delivery of my comment was supposed to be tongue-in-cheek, but my opinion holds. I may have overreacted just a little. Perhaps it deserves a 2, and does have one or two slightly above average songs, but in IMO it is the weakest RUSH release ever.



BTW Do you realize this was the album that Alex put his foot down on the issue of the keyboards smothering his guitar, and basically gave the guys an ultimatum. How did that work out? Well, can you hear more Alex and less keyboards on every album since.

I love rush but this album is not my favorite, having said that its still really good. I dont think thyre capable of writeing bad music. Being a guitar player, I wish I could hear more of Lifeson but its all good.

This album is another great 80s Rush attempt, and it's doesn't disappoint. I don't really think it sounds overproduced like it's predecessor, Power Windows. I can't really get into Second Nature or songs of that "nature", but there are quite a few gems on this for sure.
